After watching the videos, I decided to save even more money by buying cheaper sub standard materials. What a disaster! ! ! I forgot that I live in the mid south of the U S. It has been 100+ degrees everyday for a month. Well the cells were the best on the market but other stuff that the Guy talked about was much cheaper quality. I must say that the first panel came together very fast so I am now looking into the best quality for the rest of the materials. I plan on keeping these panels for at least the life of the house. I sacrificed one out of the eight panels. It was a learning experience and now I will listen closely to the Guy on the video.

For years I was called a dirty hippie for recycling and talking about renewable energy. Anyway, I take a great offense to being called that term because we have moved passed that. It is blantly obvious that everybody needs to do their part to conserve what we have left. It’s no longer a job left to the hippies to save the planet, it is a duty as a citizen of earth to take care of what was given to us. I feel the change is coming and more people are becoming aware of steps they can take that saves energy and recourses but also returns positive results. We can no longer take from the earth but live with it instead.
